Double your pleasure double your fun
At "over" 40 feet wide, 41'4" to be exact by a whopping 60' deep or sites are well over double any of the campsite options. Plus you get 2 FREE 12x30'+ boat, toy or extra vehicle spots. All sites back up to wide open farm land to the east. The entire 2.5 Acre property only hosts 6 sites and a rental property. This is a very private and unique opportunity.
Leave your big bulky stuff at home, we got you covered.
We know what you need. We provide full size gas grills, gas fire pits, large (high efficiency) cooler, outdoor chairs and large picnic table for all our sites.
$199 Extra RV
1st RV is free, bring a friend along for just $199 the entire stay! 3rd RVs allowed with permission and fee. Mostly depends on the RV size, all RVs must fit within 60' border. Need to rent an additional RV? We can help.
Pre-Book
You probably know this but it's worth mentioning again. All our sites are pre-bookable so you can plan long ahead to stay with friends/family and more importantly show up and leave anytime. We are always open full day before and after the weekend or event, whichever is LONGER!
Oh so easy in and out
Not only are our gates open they're open wide. The clear gravel driveway adjacent the camp sites and boat parking is almost 60' wide making getting in and out a snap.
Middle of it all
We are located at the corner of Silica Rd and Sunland Rd about a mile and a half from the Gorge Amphitheater and Cave B winery. We are in the middle of both local boat launches and minutes from breathtaking scenery and hikes at Frenchman's Coulee Recreation area.

Important details and what our campsites are not
"Dry" Camping
These sites are "dry" which is a nice way to say bare, with no utilities. This is actually only partly true as we offer water to each site. As you will learn at RV Living too much water in RV tanks is no bueno! Port-a-potty's are available for very reasonable price and highly recommended for ANY group.
3 and 4 night minimums plus a free day
We are a vacation experience, if you want overnight accommodations stay at a hotel. Single night shows are 3 night min and multi-night/day shows are 4 night. Our property is always open 4 days for regular weekend shows and 5+ for multi day shows. We want to favor groups, different people have different schedules, this covers the most people and encourages staying extended periods. Stick around, relax, enjoy the river.
Tents and port-a-potty's
Any tent is required to add a port-a-potty rental at $149 for the event.
